3. User Verification

Consentus offers a voluntary identity verification feature to help build trust within our community. By participating in the verification process, you agree to the following:

You may request verification through the Profile section of the app.
You will be required to provide valid identification documents (e.g., government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license).
You must provide proof of residence (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
If you are applying as a business or organization, you must provide company registration documents.
All verification documents must be sent to support@consentus.online for review.
Verification is a manual process and typically takes 24-48 hours to complete.
Once verified, you will receive a green verification badge on your profile.
Consentus reserves the right to deny verification requests that do not meet our identity verification standards.
Your verification status may be revoked if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in harmful behavior.
All verification documents are handled confidentially and securely, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

            The green verification badge helps build trust with other users and shows that your identity has been confirmed. 
            Verified users are more likely to receive requests and build meaningful connections.
        

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

Not impersonate others or provide false information.
Not use the app for illegal activities.
Not share explicit or inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Consentus is owned by Consentus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our explicit permission.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Consentus. By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and share it within the app for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Consentus is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability
